This Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance Agreement (the Agreement) is entered into between The Vintage at Verdigris Homeowners Association, an Oklahoma non-profit corporation (the Association) and Tanner Smith, dba Eastern OK Lawn Smith (Contractor).

Online Voting and E-Mail Registration

The Vintage at Verdigris HOA Board is exploring options to give residents the ability to vote using an online/electronic service. In order to do this, we need to have a valid e-mail address for every registered homeowner. Vintage Trace Road Resurfacing Project
August 16th, 2021
Beginning Monday, August 16th, resurfacing roadwork will begin on Vintage Trace Drive. Traffic will only be allowed to enter into the addition at the main entrance but must exit the addition by using the North exit (S. Faulkner Ave.). The resurfacing project is expected to last at least 30 days.
