Effective January 1, 2023

The mandatory annual HOA Dues in the amount of $200.00 are due January 1^st of each year.  Any payment not received by March 31^st will be assessed a $50.00 late fee on April 1^st.  

The Vintage at Verdigris HOA does not accept cash as a form of payment.  We accept checks, money orders, cashier’s checks, and online transactions through our website as a form of payment.  

All delinquent accounts are subject to a special assessment being levied on the property.  The assessment shall include all expenses incurred in collection of the delinquent account and shall constitute a lien until all delinquencies and obligations have been satisfied in full.   

Notice:  In order to remove a lien, the homeowner is responsible for all additional expenses incurred to remove the lien.
